POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by managing a portfolio of key accounts within the packaging value chain.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market needs and company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through proactive market engagement and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored, innovative packaging solutions.
Maintain sales records, forecasts, and reports while staying focused on exceeding targets.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-obsessed mindset.
Strong technical understanding of packaging solutions and supply chain dynamics.
Self-starter with strong time management skills and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
