POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management accounts and provide insightful financial analysis. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow processes. Process and account for foreign currency transactions. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies and strengthen internal controls. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' accounting experience. Proven experience with foreign exchange (forex) transactions is essential. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Previous exposure to the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Apply now!
