POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do
Step into a diverse, hands-on role that blends technical depth, innovation, and client impact. You’ll work across:

Data Analytics & Reporting – Analyze performance across mortality, claims, and other key insurance metrics.
Product Development & Pricing – Develop and price insurance solutions across life and non-life portfolios.
Structuring & Deal Solutions – Support new insurance structures that meet the evolving needs of the market.
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting – Ensure your work meets all actuarial and legal standards.
Risk Management – Run stress tests, refine assumptions, and support underwriting decisions.
Collaboration & Strategy – Work with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
3–5 years’ actuarial experience, ideally with both life and non-life exposure
Strong progress toward actuarial qualification (e.g. ASSA/FASSA)
Experience in pricing, product development, or structuring deals
Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and inclusion in insurance
Clear communication skills and the ability to present complex findings simply
