To drive the development of detailed business requirements and participate in the design, development, analysis and testing of business processes and technology changes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Diploma in Data Analyses
Degree in Information Technology
QlikView Designer
QlikView Developer
3 years+ experience as a BI Specialist / Analyst
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
2-3 years experience in Microstrategy or QlikView
3 years+ experience with SSRS Reporting

KNOWLEDGE

Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Excellent practical understanding of process analysis and design
Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and validation
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure

SKILLS

Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
