JOB DESCRIPTION:

Billing Manager – Consulting and Advisory

Preference will be given to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.

Location: Johannesburg

Position Overview:

A global professional services company is seeking to employ a Billing Manager.

Position will report into Global Controller.

The purpose of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of clients.

Key Performance Areas:

Manage the team of timesheet administrators
Be responsible for invoicing and collections of all clients
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all revenue based on time billed
Responsible for all client queries in relation to any invoices issued
Escalate any overdue or problematic clients to senior management.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar
5 + years’ Billing Management experience from the Professional Services industry
Experience with Replicon or similar timesheet tracking software is essential
QuickBooks or other similar accounting software experience required
Team leadership experience required
