SUMMARY:

Looking for a dynamic Branch Manager experienced in operations and sales management, to oversee our Durban branch.

POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Develop and maintain sales strategies; Meet branch targets; Monitor sales performance; Client Negotiations and Relationship Building

Service Management:

Co-ordination between production, packing and logistics teams; Ensure that orders are processed and delivered on schedule; Resolve customer queries and complaints

Safety Management:

Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Ensure all employees wear PPE and follow safe operational procedures; Conduct safety audits and report incidents

Quality Control:

Oversee quality control processes, in production and packing; The product is manufactured, handled and stored according to standards

Staff Management

Supervise, motivate and develop staff; Conduct staff meetings, training and performance reviews; Enforce discipline, attendance and company policies

Sectors: Operations, Projects & Management

Functions: General Manager, Operations Manager

Skills: Minimum Grade 12, Diploma / Certificates: Sales, Business Administration or related fields

Remuneration: Basic salary plus commission
