SUMMARY:
Our Well-Established Client in the Distribution & Wholesale Sector is urgently looking for a Qualified Branch Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Job specifications and Qualifications:

Grade 12
A qualification in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and/or Business Management will be advantageous
Minimum of 7+ years industry experience within a management role within the Distribution / Wholesale industry (High-end Worktops and Flooring)
Well-presented and professional
Computer Literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (Navision experience will be advantageous)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Speak, Read and Write)
Ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and staff
Must be residing within the City of Tshwane

Duties include:

Day-to-Day Running of the Branch
Head Sales and Customer Service
Business Development
Customer Credit Control
Money Collection and Banking
Stock Control
Preparing Annual Budgets
Employment of Staff
Staff Management and Discipline
Implementation and Management of the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures
Implementation and Management of HR Policies
Implementation and Management of Departmental Policies
Ensuring Compliance with Health & Safety Policies
Ensuring Company Vehicles are Maintained According to Manufacturer Specifications
Ensuring Company Vehicles are Roadworthy at all Times
