POSITION INFO:
A Logistics company is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in their transport and logistics business. Youâll identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Developer, youâll drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing clients, crafting strategic plans, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Youâll build trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction while spotting opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell. With a focus on revenue growth, youâll meet and exceed sales targets, maintain detailed pipeline reports, and present results to leadership. Representing the company at industry events, youâll stay ahead of market trends, rates, and innovations to keep us competitive.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 3â5 yearsâ experience in business development, marketing, or sales within Transport & Logistics, with a strong understanding of taut liner freight (national and cross-border) and side tipper operations (national mining).
Skilled in negotiation, communication, and presentation, with the ability to design and pitch customized logistics solutions that meet clients' needs.
