SUMMARY:
A family orientated food manufacturing brand is developing their footprint in the Gauteng region and are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager for a permanent role.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Degree in business, sales or related field (post graduate qualification advantageous)
5+ years’ experience in FSI / FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred industry is food, beverage or dairy
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data driven decision making skills
In-depth understanding of the food service supply chain and market dynamics
Valid drivers and own vehicle and able to travel when required

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the food service market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with food service chains, distributors, and institutional clients.
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies

Salary: Market related basic + Commission
