SUMMARY:
Business Development Administrator
We are recruiting for a Business Development Administrator located in Johannesburg to join South Africa’s largest fully independent tax practice which specialises in providing Tax Legal assistance, Expatriate tax services and more. The ideal candidate will join the company at their branch in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

2 - 5 years of experience as an Administrator.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Report directly to two Team Managers by performing Secretarial and Administrative duties.
Self-motivated individual able to use initiative and work independently with a desire to be proactive.
Typing, formatting, drafting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations etc.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Managers.
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and minute taking etc.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Always observing best business practices and etiquette
