POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a suitably-qualified Business Development Associate based in Johannesburg to engage in remote business development for exciting Swiss Asset Management Consulting company. Duties to include:- *Research target clients across EMEA *Generate new leads and establish suitable points of contact *Engage with decision-makers at prospective clients and build strong relationships on a daily basis *Create, execute and manage outbound sales & business development campaigns *Effectively manage sales pipeline within designated region. Minimum Requirements:- *Bachelor’s Degree in Business or at least 2 years of work experience in the Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services Industry *Experience with CRM software or
similar platform (advantageous) *Prior B2B sales success (advantageous) *Strong understanding of sales process *Excellent lead researcher *Robust interpersonal skills *Self-starter and quick learner *Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) *Determination to reach targets *Organizational and reporting skills *Team player *Reliable and punctual.
