SUMMARY:
Greys Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Head to take overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, financial and commercial performance of the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead overall business operations, profitability and strategic growth Oversee production, sales, customer service, logistics and quality Drive revenue growth, cost control and financial performance Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans Lead, develop and manage teams across the business Build strong customer and commercial relationships Ensure compliance, governance, risk management and operational standards Drive continuous improvement and business development initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations or a related field 8-10 years' management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven experience managing budgets, operations, people and business performance Manufacturing, distribution or industrial sector experience advantageous Strong commercial, financial and strategic management skills Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
