SUMMARY:
Business Line Manager - Rotary Drills
Kempton Park Based
Salary Range = From R68 000 p/m to R110 000 p/m depending on experience and their current salary as we have specific pay scale guidelines. Travel Package value is R25 227 per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
To grow the business profitably for the Rotary Drills Division, driving sales within the sales area to meet customer needs

Minimum:

10 years broad-based business management experience, of which 5 years is in a leadership
role / capacity

Advantageous:
Experience in a mining environment
Sales and marketing experience

EDUCATION:
Post matric professional qualification, such as:
3 year National Diploma in Mining Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar
(NQF Level 6); OR
Grade 12 with a relevant Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) with a minimum of 12 years’
experience; OR
Certificate of competence (Mine Manager or Government Certificate of Competency
Engineering) with a minimum of 12 years’ experience.

Advantageous:
Degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar (NQF Level 7)
Studying towards a MBA / MBL

OTHER:
Physical and medical ability to function in a surface mining environment as per medical
standards.
Will be required to travel
Willingness to relocate (based on operational requirements)
Must be able to work in a matrix organization
