SUMMARY:
A leading listed organisation is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Business Manager to the CEO to work at the centre of the executive office.

This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives, while also owning the operational rhythm of the CEOâs office. The role blends strategy, analysis, and execution â from supporting priority projects and performance reviews to preparing board packs, presentations, and executive materials.

POSITION INFO:
Youâll suit this role if youâre as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are contributing to big-picture thinking. Itâs fast-paced, demanding, and highly visible â ideal for someone who thrives on intensity and enjoys working with a direct, driven leadership style.

Ideal candidates will have:

CA(SA), CFA, or similar strong financial/commercial background
Proven experience inÂ management consulting, strategic finance operations, or financial analysisÂ
Experience in a listed or complex environment
Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage pressure with confidence
Strong executive presence and stakeholder skills
Ability to beÂ Full-time, office-based
