Your key job responsibilities as the CRM Specialist (iGaming) in Cape Town will include managing and executing CRM campaigns, roadmaps and promotions covering areas of Casino and Sportsbook product across all channels. You will also monitor and maximise players Life Time Value (improve retention and ARPU) while keeping reinvestment cost (bonuses) at reasonable levels to improve profitability. You will also be able to optimise conversion of new visitors to new registered players to active depositors, working on marketing message and the whole acquisition funnel

Requirements for this CRM Specialist (iGaming) job in Cape Town:

• 2+ years working in email / CRM marketing with a focus on promotions, loyalty, retention and optimisation
• 2+ years of segmentation experience, specifically in the iGaming environment
• Experience in running A/B tests for campaigns and deriving customer insights
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong Excel and pivot table experience
