SUMMARY:
Key Responsibilities:
Your mission is to minimize "change fatigue" and maximize ROI by driving fast adoption

Strategy and Framework: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy using proven methodologies
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key influencers and "resistance pockets" across the organization, creating tailored engagement plans for each
Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed change impact assessments to determine how digital shifts affect specific workflows and roles
Communication Mastery: Craft the "Why" behind the transformation. Deliver clear, compelling messaging across newsletters, town halls, and internal platforms
Training Coordination: Partner with technical leads to design training programs that focus on user proficiency, not just feature lists
Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs for adoption

POSITION INFO:

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience, specifically within Digital Transformation or IT-led business change
The "Human" Factor: Exceptional emotional intelligence. You can navigate office politics and technical jargon with equal ease
Agility: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot strategies as the project evolves
Tech Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must understand the Development lifecycle and Agile environments
Certification: PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
