A leading South African business services group is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a specialised warehouse management and outsourced logistics solutions business through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening market positioning, enhancing operational performance, and building a high-performance culture. Key strategic priorities will include: Developing and executing a clear growth strategy aligned to market opportunities. Expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening strategic client partnerships. Driving operational excellence across complex warehouse management contracts. Leveraging technology, data, and automation to improve productivity and customer outcomes. Enhancing profitability, scalability, and long-term business value. Building a leadership team capable of delivering sustainable growth. Job Experience and Skills Required: Experience Required The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Business Unit Executive within industries such as: Logistics Warehousing Supply Chain Services Contract Logistics (3PL\/4PL) Industrial Services Outsourced Operations Workforce Solutions Demonstrated success managing: Large-scale operational environments Multiple customer contracts Significant workforce populations Complex service delivery models Full P&L responsibility Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
