SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an energetic, well spoken and bubbly Client liaison.

Must have the below experience:
Basic Excel experience
Basic Word experience
Basic Accounting experience
Basic SAP experience
Customer facing experience

POSITION INFO:

Answering all internal and external incoming calls & relaying messages to relevant members of staff
Welcoming company visitors and direct general enquiries to the correct departments
Ensuring that the branches client and training database is correctly updated at all times
Ensure that all new client forms are correctly filled in, signed and sent to H/O for processing
Assist sales team and customers with quotes and invoicing as required
Coordinate planning and administration for all training events
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as reports, collation of feedback etc. using Word and Excel programs
Assist with ad-hoc duties from time to time, such as product launches, staff and client functions
Collect cash/card payments from customers
Check invoices/credits on daily billing lists
Submit weekly invoices and monthly credits to Head office via courier
Capturing of vehicle log books weekly/ monthly including service planning
Sell/monitor stock levels of customer cokes/water canisters
Ensure that all marketing material is up to date in branch

Minimum requirements:
In possession of Matric
Basic computer training in Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP
Two years of administration or reception experience
