POSITION INFO:
About the Role
As the Commercial Head, you will lead the full commercial, legal, and financial landscape of the business. You will drive revenue growth, protect margins, manage commercial risk, and ensure that all business functions — from engineering to sales — are aligned with financial targets and strategic objectives.
This is a General Manager–level position for someone who thrives in a highâperformance environment and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with handsâon commercial oversight.
Key Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong interest in Business Management
Additional Legal Qualification essential
Proven Financial Management experience
Mining or mineralâprocessing industry experience preferred
Minimum 5 years’ Business Management experience (postâfinance)
