POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Drive new business acquisition across retail, wholesale, forecourt and independent trade. Identify new market and product opportunities and manage go-to-market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts. Negotiate trading terms, pricing, promotions and ranging with key buyers. Lead, coach and develop the field sales and account management team. Set sales targets, monitor performance and drive a high-performance culture. Manage distributor and sub-distributor relationships and channel performance. Monitor sales, stock levels, sell-through, pricing and market trends. Prepare commercial reports, forecasts and KPI analysis for the Director. Work closely with Finance, Marketing and Operations to optimise commercial performance. Identify risks and opportunities using data and implement corrective actions.
