JOB SUMMARY:
Our Blackheath based client is looking for a CCO Manager (Customer Care and Operations Manager) to manage the complete warehouse operation and production line, as well as to ensure that customers receive a professional, helpful, high-quality service before, during, and after interaction with the company.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
SECTOR : Distribution & Warehousing
START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate

DUTIES:

Full stock control function – bin allocations, stock adjustments, cycle counts, etc.
Finance & admin – staff wages, petty cash
House-keeping
Customer care – ensure client satisfaction before, during and after interaction
Warehouse distribution - receiving and dispatching
Sales – meet & exceed targets, sales reports
Ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Warehousing / Supply Chain Management
10 years’ experience in warehouse management
5 years’ experience at middle / senior management level
Manufacturing / production experience
Proven sales track records
Knowledge of H & S Act
Computer literate (Syspro, SAP, MS Office)

HOURS:

08:00 – 16:30 (Mon – Thur)
07:00 – 15:30 (Fri)
