An exciting opportunity exists within the automotive/commercial vehicle sector for an experienced and driven professional to join a leading brand. The position Dealer & Product Development Coordinator is based in Johannesburg - Eastern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:
This role is responsible for ensuring dealer compliance standards, coordinating sales and product training across the dealer network, and supporting product research and development initiatives both locally and cross-border. Key Responsibilities: â Manage dealer development and upgrade roll-out plans â Ensure dealer facilities comply with corporate identity and brand standards â Conduct dealer audits and oversee corrective action plans â Coordinate sales and product training across the dealer network â Manage training schedules, attendance, certifications, and assessments â Develop training content aligned with market trends and competitor analysis â Conduct product comparison research and market assessments â Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning â Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal departments â Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification 5-8 years' experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry Dealer network exposure essential Experience in training coordination and\/or standards compliance preferred Strong research and analytical ability Willingness to travel locally, cross-border, and internationally Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence Passport\/documentation for cross-border travel required If you are passionate about dealer excellence, training development, and the automotive industry, this could be your next career move!
