A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of critical IT services and systems that support business operations. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary technical team — including Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers — while collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to ensure delivery excellence through agile and DevOps methodologies.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant IT budget, optimise vendor performance, and align technology solutions with evolving business priorities. With a focus on agile maturity, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, this is a role where leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking are crucial.

Key skills and experience required:

Minimum – relevant degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior technical leadership role
Strong experience in financial, performance, and vendor management
Proven ability to manage multi-skilled teams and large-scale IT delivery
Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g. LEAN Agile, SaFe) preferred
Excellent communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Solid background in cloud platforms, full-stack development, and emerging technologies (AI/ML)
Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset
