JOB SUMMARY:

An established Digital Marketing company is looking for a Digital Account Manager with a passion for all things Digital Marketing. This individual must be self-motivated, intuitive, passionate and have an understanding of current trends and consideration for the customer's needs. The role wil required you manage multiple client accounts and be the liaison between Enovation and Clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work according to customer needs and objectives, which includes writing briefs for Website projects, Online advertising, Design work, Copywriting, Social Media content calendars, etc.Create Project Plans for bigger projects or website development projects
Provide day-to-day management of client campaigns and be regarded as the first point of contact for clients, inspiring their loyalty and trust
Engage with clients to formulate clear and achievable briefs and action plans.Grow client accounts, and potentially up-sell
Draw together all relevant market, industry, and business information in preparation of all agency briefs
Create CE’s/Quotes upon request
Produce good quality written work on time, including client correspondence, presentations, and reports
Contribute to the smooth running of the client accounts on a day-to-day level
Take ownership of specific parts of campaigns and participate in future planning
Continue to invest in growing knowledge of your clients’ business and industries in which they operate
Establish and maintain a productive communication channel between the client and the agency, maintaining and growing excellent client relationships
