SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Advisory Director to lead the strategy, growth, and delivery excellence of a Digital Advisory practice. This role focuses on driving digital transformation for clients, overseeing complex technology programs, expanding market presence, and ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements. The ideal candidate is a senior digital leader with strong strategic insight, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Delivery

Lead the Digital Advisory strategy, practice growth, and overall performance.

Guide clients through the design and implementation of future-focused technology solutions.

Oversee delivery of enterprise-level technology programs, ensuring alignment and risk management.

Act as a subject-matter expert while staying aware of emerging trends and opportunities.

Business Development

Identify new clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.

Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and solution presentations.

Represent the practice at industry events and support marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to short- and long-term targets.

Product & Business Case Development

Shape and communicate the digital solutions, roadmap and vision.

Align product direction with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Improve solution value and user experience through continuous feedback and analytics.

Solution Oversight

Contribute to solution design to ensure scalability and innovation.

Support testing, acceptance criteria, and validation of developed solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong, profitable relationships with clients and internal teams.

Provide insights on digital trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Report regularly on performance, project progress, and innovation initiatives.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage the Digital Advisory budget.

Monitor financial performance and ensure the profitability of client accounts.

Support managers in effective budgeting and cost control.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Honours degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

10–15 years’ experience in the technology field, with at least 5 years leading digital transformation initiatives for clients or organisations.

8+ years managing and leading technology teams and overseeing complex solution implementations.

Experience across both public and private sectors is essential.

Demonstrated full P&L ownership and commercial accountability.

Proven ability to engage C-Suite executives, sell technology-led solutions, and ensure successful delivery and implementation.
