POSITION INFO:

You will play a key role in leading a multi-skilled technical team, overseeing strategic technology initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of digital infrastructure capabilities within a large-scale enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical activities within the networks and infrastructure environment.
- Oversee the planning, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions and systems.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive system improvements, technical support standards, and best practices across the team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while driving high performance and team maturity.
- Manage project deliverables, stakeholder engagements, escalations, and reporting.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience
- 5–7+ years’ experience in a Team Leadership role within a complex technology environment.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering infrastructure/system/software projects.
- Strong exposure to SDLC methodologies and technical solution delivery.
- Experience working with architecture and implementation-level system design.
