JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager for our client within the marketing Sector. A bachelors degree in Marketing will be given preference too. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our clients success, so your will play a crucial role in achieving their business goals and objectives. Should you be shortlisted an updated portfolio will be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the role is to act as a Senior Leader; supervising, managing and motivating team members daily and ensuring client satisfaction. You must be able to act proactively, setting the example for the team, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and ultimately the achievement of the business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Strive to maximise department revenue and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level.
Regularly monitor individual productivity metrics.
Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics.
Assist with hiring and workforce planning.
Continuously analyse and evaluate departmental productivity and identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes.
Work to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and goal-oriented culture.
Engage with and nurture client relationships.
Ensure monthly client budgets are adhered to.
Ensure monthly billing is accurately submitted.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations.
Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Suggest and organize team building activities.

Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
