POSITION INFO:

Lead multi-disciplinary maintenance in a heavy industrial plant, driving asset reliability, compliance, and operational excellence. Influence EXCO-level decisions and manage cross-site engineering strategies.

Requirements:

BEng (Mechanical/ Electrical) + ECSA Professional Registration + GCC (Mechanical/ Electrical)
3-5 years in heavy industry (mining/smelters/paper mills) + 2 years as Engineering Manager post-GCC
Exposure to FMCG, root cause analysis, and project evaluation
Strong EXCO-level influence, risk management, and multi-site leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), CMMS, and 5S methodologies
Ensure legal compliance (OHS Act, GCC Mechanical/Electrical)
Manage capital projects, risk mitigation, and SHEQ standards
Optimize maintenance strategies for heavy machinery (mining/smelting experience advantageous)
Lead multi-site engineering teams with a focus on cost control and efficiency
