Enterprise Administrator

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix Cape Town is looking for an Enterprise Administrator This position requires the Administrator to attend to call coordination, vendor authorized services administration, parts requisition and management, asset management administration & financial administration.

Key Performance Areas

Vendor Authorized Services:

• Parts ordering and claims processing administration to be attended to timeously and accurately
• Ensuring all internal/vendor requirements are met and processes are strictly adhered to.
• Installation and Startup Services management.

• Asset management:
• Tasks to be attended to timeously
• Ensure billings, PO’s, EREQ's and quotations to be attended to timeously and accurately ensuring all requirements are met and processes are strictly adhered to Internal a and accurately, strictly adhering to company policies and processes.
• Ensuring HEAT CMDB is updated and accurately.

• Call/case coordination, management, and administration to be attended to timeously & accurately ensuring SLA is met while ensuring internal/vendor processes are strictly adhered to and all requirements are met.

• Experience in financial administration.
• Experience in part requisition and claims processing via vendor warranty process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
