Executive leadership and management
Strategic planning
Operations and business development management
Finance and people management
HR Development

Education and experience:

A post graduate qualification
Extensive general management and HR Management experience
A social science and MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum 5 years'' experience senior management level, in an R&D, high-tech, science and/or engineering environment
Ability to apply advanced modelling concepts
Proficiency with spreadsheets
