Export Customer Service Representative/Coordinator

Our client, an international FMCG and packaging manufacturing company, based in Pinetown, seeks to employ a well experience Customer Service Representative, with experience in the FMCG, Packaging or Food Manufacturing sector, with a strong background in export processes into Africa

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have Matric, coupled with a certification either Sales Management or Supply Chain and 3-5 years experience sales support, customer support, export logistics into Africa
• You will have sound working knowledge of INCO-Terms, SA VAT implications and credible export customer service background.
• You will have proven experience in establishing and maintaining logistics channel and commercial terms for various economic zones throughout Africa, as well as provide backend support to the commercial, sales and supply chain departments.
• You will have excellent knowledge of export documentation and processes.
• You will have worked in a fast paced customer services support environment, specifically within packaging, dealing with pricing, processing of orders, delivering a high level of service and transfer important information to stakeholders and cross functional departments
• Advanced Excel essential, coupled with experience on an MRP/ERP System such as SAP, Syspro, Radius, Prism or similar system.
• You will have a clear credit and criminal record, coupled with a valid driver’s license and list of contactable references – verifications on credit history and qualifications will be conducted.
