Key Responsibilities: Order-to-Purchase (O2P) Governance: Direct and optimize end-to-end procurement-to-fulfillment lifecycles to ensure seamless transactional processing and working capital efficiency. Inventory & Supply Chain Control: Oversee warehouse operational protocols, stock valuations, shrink mitigation, and multi-location inventory reconciliation accuracy. Commercial Analytics & Sales Insights: Evaluate product yield, sales trends, and margin profiles to deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to management teams. Process Engineering & Digital Transformation: Lead process improvement initiatives across finance and operations, leveraging systems implementation, business automation, and AI-driven efficiency tools. Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate directly with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operational workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards. Executive Decision Support: Compile accurate monthly management packs, operational dashboards, and financial models to guide corporate expansion. Job Experience and Skills Required: A completed BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of reference-backed commercial experience in a Finance & Operations, Commercial Finance, Operations Analyst, or integrated business management role. Direct experience operating within FMCG, retail, wholesale distribution, or broader supply chain environments is an essential requirement. Advanced operational command of Microsoft Excel; prior exposure to enterprise digital transformation, automated workflow tools, or modern ERP implementations is highly advantageous.
