Finance Manager - Drive Financial Excellence in a Market-Leading Industrial Business

POSITION INFO:
A well-established and highly respected company in the heavy equipment and industrial sector is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to take on a pivotal Finance Manager role.
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified South African Institute of Chartered Accountants CA(SA) who enjoys leading a team, partnering with operational stakeholders, and ensuring strong financial governance in a dynamic commercial environment.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function, overseeing a capable team, and ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash flow management, and robust internal controls. This role offers broad exposure across the business and the chance to play a key part in supporting continued growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including month-end and year-end reporting
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Ensure strong financial controls and balance sheet integrity

Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) qualification is essential
Minimum of 5 years post-article experience
Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
