This opportunity is ideal for a Financial Accountant who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and understands how sound financial management supports customer service, profitability, and business growth. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and providing the financial insight needed to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership, this could be the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Support monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Prepare journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor income, expenses, supplier accounts, and customer balances. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements. Monitor internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement. Work closely with operational stakeholders to improve financial visibility. Job Experience and Skills Required BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-3 years' post-articles experience in financial accounting. Experience in an automotive, services, retail, or operational environment will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities. A proactive, hands-on, and commercially aware approach. Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a growing team. Apply Now!
