SUMMARY:
Financial Administrator:

Our client in the property market is looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to join their growing team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Manage and monitor supplier procurement processes
Follow up on outstanding orders and goods with suppliers
Assist with supplier reconciliations and maintaining accurate procurement records
Capture and process accounting transactions on SAGE accounting
Assist with general bookkeeping and financial administration
Perform filing, document management and other day-day-day administrative duties
Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
Debtors / Creditors / Petty Cash

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative and \/ or bookkeeping role Working knowledge of SAGE accounting (or similar accounting software) Strong computer skills, especially MS Office Suite Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Advantageous Experience with supplier procurement and inventory control Bookkeeping or accounting qualification or relevant experience
