FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Head Office in Cape Town - Northern Suburbs

Exciting Opportunity to Join our Dynamic Company and work within SA’s No. 1 Fast Food brand!

The Ideal candidate will have:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Financial administration/Payroll experience advantageous
Exposure to retail / POS procedures will be advantageous (GAAP/Retail Office)
Basic knowledge of Excel
Computer literate

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Uploading of daily sales from restaurants to Head Office server
Monitor completeness of source point of sales documents
Train shift supervisors with regard to financial administration procedures
Reconcile daily sales
Prepare shortage reports
Creditor processing on financial system
Point of sales (POS) system updates (Activate and de-activate till users)
Keep to deadlines
