Key Responsibilities Source and develop new business opportunities Build and grow your own client base Conduct comprehensive Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) Provide professional financial advice in line with FAIS regulations Recommend suitable financial solutions, including life cover, investments, retirement planning and risk products Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Network and identify new business opportunities Achieve and exceed sales and production targets Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and all applicable regulatory requirements Who We Are Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Confident and professional Excellent communicators - good communication skills are essential Comfortable meeting and communicating with new people Driven and motivated to succeed Self-disciplined and able to work independently Entrepreneurial and sales-focused Able to build trust and establish long-term relationships Able and willing to build their own client base \/ clientele Target-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment Positive, professional and eager to learn Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 - Compulsory RE5 (Representative Exam) - preferred, or willingness to obtain FAIS compliant \/ 120 Credits or relevant qualification advantageous Class of Business completed, or willingness to complete CPD compliance, if already registered as a representative Previous sales, financial services or client-facing experience advantageous Strong networking and communication skills Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence preferred Laptop \/ ability to work independently advantageous T his Could Be Your Opportunity to Build Something of Your Own If you are motivated by personal growth, financial independence and building strong client relationships , and you are willing to put in the effort required to develop your own clientele, we would like to hear from you.
