About the Client Our client is a premier, highly respected South African financial advisory practice aligned with one of the country''s leading corporate financial brands. Operating across four core strategic verticals- Health, Wealth, Risk, and Corporate Employee Benefits -they are dedicated to delivering holistic, calculated, and high-performance financial solutions. To support their expansion, they are seeking a high-caliber Regional Manager to take strategic, operational, and leadership ownership of their regional footprint. Key Responsibilities Strategic Regional Leadership: Drive the regional growth strategy across health, wealth, risk, and employee benefits advisory frameworks. Team & Practice Management: Lead, mentor, and scale teams of financial advisors and practice professionals to achieve revenue and operational benchmarks. Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Maintain strict oversight of FSCA regulatory frameworks, FAIS compliance, and internal advisory quality standards. Market Expansion: Expand market share in the region through strategic advisor recruitment, client retention initiatives, and channel partnerships. Business Performance: Oversee regional P&L performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency across practice offices. Minimum Requirements Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent). Regulatory: Active RE5 (Regulatory Exam 5) qualification is mandatory ( RE1 is advantageous ). Experience: Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience leading financial advisory, corporate benefits, or wealth management practice teams. Location: Must currently reside in Gauteng or Cape Town . Track Record: Proven ability to build, lead, and scale advisory distribution networks while maintaining regulatory standards.
