POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Financial Analyst ready to turn financial data into strategic advantage and help redefine how insurance thinks about performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Dive deep into financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
Build dynamic financial models and forecasts to support key business decisions
Drive budgeting, variance, and performance analysis across insurance portfolios
Deliver insight-rich reports to management and executive teams
Support compliance, audit, and IFRS 17 reporting initiatives

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Finance / Accounting / Economics (Honours preferred)
3–5 years’ experience in financial or management analysis (insurance or financial services sector preferred)
Strong modelling and Excel / BI tools expertise (Power BI, SQL, etc.)
Solid understanding of IFRS, insurance metrics, and regulatory reporting.
