Opportunity for a Financial Analyst.

POSITION INFO:
A leading JSE listed property group is seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This organisation has built a strong reputation within the South African property sector and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain exposure to strategic reporting, financial modelling, and Board-level insights within a listed environment.

Duties:

Financial reporting.
Forecasting and budgeting.
Prepare internal management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
Compile monthly management packs and Board Committee reports.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.

Education and Experience:

BCom Accounting minimum
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is preferred
