POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
A well-established player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Financial Manager to partner closely with senior leadership and drive financial strategy across the business. This role is ideal for a commercially astute finance professional with strong management experience, while remaining hands-on. The position offers exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with real influence on operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic financial planning and business partnering
Full financial management, reporting, and compliance
Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Leadership and management of the finance team
Driving financial controls, efficiencies, and value creation

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) or BCom with SAICA / AGA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
5+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager or similar leadership role
Exposure to FMCG (manufacturing experience advantageous but not essential)
Proven people management and leadership capability
Demonstrated experience in strategic involvement and senior stakeholder engagement
