POSITION INFO:
Join a leading mining company and be the financial force behind operations that matter.
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Operational Financial Manager to bridge the gap between the plant and head office, optimising systems, streamlining processes, and delivering insights that power smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and support operational and financial projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and measurable impact.
Job Costing & Inventory Control: Oversee job costing processes and maintain accurate inventory records to support cost optimization and reporting.
System Implementation & Optimization: Drive the rollout and refinement of ERP and financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with plant managers, operations teams, finance executives, and external stakeholders to align goals and enhance performance across the business.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bcom Accounting Degree
CIMA is advantageous
5- 8 years of experience required
Syspro or SAP would be a bonus
Passionate about ERP system implementation
