SUMMARY:
Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Group Finance Director to join the team.

Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in finance or business administration is a plus.
Advanced level of Computer skills and Software packages
Minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in senior-level financial positions in Agri & FMCG companies and thorough knowledge of Finance and Accounting standards and regulations including OHADA

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and treasury
Strong negotiation and leadership skills to manage relationships with company financiers and partners
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including partners of the company and financial regulators
Ability to solve complex problems and make significant strategic decisions for the company
Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
