JOB SUMMARY:
CAPE TOWN - SOUTHERN SUBURBS - General Manager required for three retail outlets and coffee shops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a thriving new retail, bespoke furniture and coffee shop business requires an all-rounder to manage their three outlets based in the Southern Suburbs and surrounds. Experience in running a coffee shop or similar is essential as food and beverage experience is required for you to successfully perform the functions of ingredient & food costing (on-site and ordered in), ordering of raw ingredients and inventory control. In addition, exceptional administrative & computer skills will be required in order to operate the POS system, invoice furniture sales and order décor items. Staff management experience is critical.
