SUMMARY:
A dynamic and well-established engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Sales Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of proven experience in HVAC sales and a strong technical background. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-facing environment and possesses a passion for providing tailored HVAC solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sectors
Identify new business opportunities and provide technical support to clients
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related field)
5–10 years’ experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, designs, and applications
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
