JOB SUMMARY:
Ready to venture outside the banking environment and join an incredible, fast-growing Fintech company that is shaking up the SA market?

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Credit Risk Analytics Manager to develop, drive and implement this fantastic company's collections, acquisitions and account management strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Degree in Actuarial/Computer Science/Maths/Stats/Engineering or similar relevant qualification
At least 8-10 years of retail credit risk experience in a banking environment
At least 5 years of acquisitions and/or collections experience managing a retail risk portfolio, including the designing and implementation of credit risk strategies
Solid experience in Card, VAF and/or other lending products
Proven experience managing teams
Dynamic, analytical, problem solver
