Who we are: An insights-led creative agency, specialising in all aspects of marketing, with the primary focus being the digital consumer journey.

What we do: Traditional and digital TTL and social.

What we are looking for: An integrated Client Service Head of Department

What you will do: Account management, business and partnership development, internal communications, client relationship management, project management, team leadership, performance and resource management, retainer and budget management.

What you must have:

1. At least 6 years in a digital or TTL agency, in a client service role.

2. Digital consumer journey experience - retail, FMCG andf ast food brand experience highly advantageous.

3. Digital TTL, including e-commerce.

4. Content calendar management.

5. Relevant tertiary qualification.

6. Proficient in MS Office.

7. Proficient using Apple products
