SUMMARY:
HEAD OF FINANCE | FINANCIAL MANAGER
Gauteng | Confidential Opportunity

An established and growing business is seeking to appoint a commercially minded Head of Finance to partner closely with the Senior Management and leadership team.
This role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping business performance, while taking full ownership of the finance function within a dynamic environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Focus Areas

Partner with leadership to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide clear financial insights and performance analysis
Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management
Oversee core finance operations, including cash flow and working capital
Improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiencies
Provide oversight into related business functions, including procurement and systems
Lead and develop a capable and engaged team
Prepare and present reporting for leadership and board-level discussions

Requirements

Degree in Finance or Accounting
CA(SA), CIMA, or similar professional qualification advantageous
Proven experience in a senior, commercially focused finance role
Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capability
Experience working with ERP systems and improving reporting environments
Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at senior level

Strong leadership and communication skills
