QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

CA(SA)
FMCG Experience
Consolidations experience
Multi-country experience
Strong people management skills
Extensive stakeholder engagement capabilities

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Consolidate, co-ordinate and manage all financial activities and finance teams within the regions.
Manage the financial impact of decisions made within the affiliate and ensures compliance with financial reporting obligations.
Recommend actions that improve the company's profitability and capacity to reach financial targets.
As part of senior management team, have input into the overall strategy and management of the company.
