An international super-fast growing tech company that are revolutionising hoteliers around the globe have a great job opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join their team in Cape Town. You will help them become the most adopted hotel management system in the world by making them famous within its industry in all focus markets, resulting in demand for their product in the form of quality inbound leads to the sales team. This company has been awarded the world’s best Hotel Management System for 2 years in a row and empowers hoteliers to run their property way more effectively.

Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Marketing in Cape Town:

Responsible for marketing and the lead generation strategy and execution
Working within the Senior Leadership Team, developing and implementing marketing strategies that will strengthen their in our relevant markets, building sustainable growth
Taking ownership of their reputation including brand, PR and communication
Working closely with the VP of Sales and your 10-headed team of marketing specialists including their Head of Digital, enabling them to meet their set targets
Working closely with the Head of Product to define marketing strategies for new and existing features
Focusing on market reviews to follow hotelier trends and competitor activities
Responsible for digital marketing including all social media channels
Accountable for ROI on external events
Management and accountability of your annual Marketing budget

Requirements for this Head of Marketing job in Cape Town:

A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams
Experience in working with a scaling business having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan
Ability to hire & develop people (hiring, training/performance coaching, reporting)
Looking for an opportunity to roll up their sleeves and deliver a winning lead generation strategy
Must be able to achieve fast growing brand visibility & credibility (including ROI from external events)
